How To Book



Please go in to the details of the property you like, fill in the request form or call us quoting the property name for more details. We aim to respond within a couple of hours. Please make sure that you tell us how many you have in your group as well as your arrival and departure dates.

All properties are non-smoking and have not been adapted for disabled or wheelchair access. Children must be monitored at all times.


Booking a property


A booking deposit of 10% of the Full Rental Fee (not including any hired items) is required to book a property. N.B. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your arrival the full amount, including the cost of any hired items and the Security Deposit, will be due up front.

Please state on the booking form if you require any extra items such as cot hire, etc - prices are listed on each advert.

Babysitting, extra maid service and chef requirements are all payable during your stay - please enquire for more information.


A booking form and full details of how to pay are sent by email upon request. Full terms and condition will accompany the booking form.


Paying the balance


The final balance, including a refundable £200 security deposit and the cost of any extras hired, is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Upon receipt you will be sent by email the full directions and access details for the property.


After your holiday


When you return we contact the management company to confirm if there have been any breakages or damages. We aim to return the deposit within 21 days of your return and if there are any reports we will always pass them on to you to discuss before making any deductions.
